What You'll Do

As a Graduate Student Intern, you'll be at the heart of our student support ecosystem, delivering direct impact through:

  • One-on-one student counseling

  • Weekly workshop leadership

  • Drop-in office hours support

  • Scholarship and messaging system contributions​

​Ideal Candidate Profile

We're seeking a passionate, detail-oriented graduate student who:

  • Is currently enrolled in a College Counseling Certificate Program

  • Demonstrates exceptional communication and critical thinking skills

  • Has a proven track record of working with underrepresented communities

  • Brings empathy, creativity, and collaborative spirit to student support

 

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to facilitate diverse conversations

  • Active listening capabilities

  • Commitment to completing 65 hours of direct and indirect services
