Our Approach
We offer free student and parent workshops, as well as advisor trainings, through our national organizational programs. While we serve schools and districts nationwide, our roots remain deeply connected to Los Angeles County, where we focus on nurturing the well-being and success of our local community. As a Black woman-founded organization, led by a first-generation college graduate, we are committed to holistically guiding students and families through the high school-to-college pipeline. With this commitment, we also offer customizable virtual programs for schools and districts nationally that want tailored support to meet their unique needs.

In Person College Application Direct Support
In our partner schools across Los Angeles County, we offer personalized, in-person assistance for college applications, guiding students through every step towards their higher education goals. We deliver 60- minute small group instruction organized by grade level and GPA to provide relevant content, personalized roadmaps and clear action steps in a timely manner. This service builds capacity for counselors to serve their student caseloads. We can partner with schools on a biweekly schedule or weekly schedule and the price starts at $12,499.00 per year.
Student & Family Workshops
Our specialized workshops equip students with the knowledge and skills to explore college and career pathways and navigate the admissions process with confidence. They are 75 minutes and are available in-person (LA County) or virtually (nationally). We aim to reduce the stress and anxiety of this pivotal time by providing them with the information and tools they need for success. Here is the list of student workshops and parent workshops. They are priced at $1,500.00 per session.

Counselor/Advisor Trainings
As former college counselors, we understand the challenges counselors face firsthand. That's why we offer targeted training on essential college, career, and wellness topics to help counselors within districts/networks excel in their roles. Our workshops provide practical tools and valuable insights, empowering counselors with the confidence and clarity they need to succeed. They are 75 minutes and are available in-person (LA County) or virtually (nationally). We offer a variety of training topics and each training is $2,500.00.
Parent Pro Training
We offer our parent pro program to train parents on college admissions, social-emotional learning, and financial literacy, all designed to promote economic mobility and strengthen family stability. This cohort model is 5 sessions and comes with a PDF workbook for parents. This program is available in-person (LA County) or virtually (nationally). Each session is 2 hours and the cost of this package is $5,000.00.
